Personally, I love the fact that they have a vegan place to eat, because I, myself, have been
taking an interest in gardening, and exploring more foods, and natural flavors.

a vegan restaurant is a "plus" because while you are in a new area, you get an opportunity to explore
the fresh tastes of the local foods. So there is a "learning experience" in that! Who knows, you may just find you new "Favorite food".
